  • Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

    No. The only requirement prior to move-in is normally to pay the security deposit and first month’s rent. The security deposit will be returned to you upon move-out less repairs or cleaning expenses.
  • How old do you have to be to apply?

    The age of majority in South Carolina is 18. Therefore our company requires that all applicants have reached that age
  • Is the deposit refundable?

    Yes. South Carolina law requires that Property Managers return security deposits to tenants within 30 days less deductions for necessary repairs.
  • Who needs a cosigner?

    Applicants with credit scores less than 600 generally require a cosigner.
  • You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

    Application is easy through our online portal. Simply click the "APPLY ONLINE" hyperlink on our Rentals page.
  • How do I pay rent?

    Rent can be paid easily through our online portal
  • I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    All pets must be approved prior to being allowed in the home. Pets will be fully screened by our third party service and if approved, tenant must pay a nonrefundable pet fee and sign the pet addendum
  • My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    Simply notify the property manager no later than 30 days before lease expiration that you intend to move out, make any necessary repairs and, after your household goods are removed, hire a professional cleaning service to clean the residence.
  • Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

    Tenant is responsible for maintaining landscape in addition to purchasing and replacing HVAC filters every 90 days or as needed.
